Mobin Jacob has over a decade of experience as a skilled attorney, indulging in litigation, negotiation, arbitration, mediation, counselling, drafting and briefing, with favourable outcomes. He has handled over 200+ cases independently and as an associate counsel.
Mobin is an Empanelled Counsel with ESAF Bank. He has been a counsel to various Multi-National Corporations and Non-Governmental Organizations. Mobin is a visiting lecturer at School of Legal Studies, Cochin University of Science and Technology. He is also the Legal Retainer and Counsel of CPTE Global Pvt. Ltd. and is the counsel in the High Court of Kerala for the ACFS Ltd. - a Government entity funded by the Government of Kerala and chaired by the District Collector - Palakkad.
Mobin has also found success as a Moot Court Coach, mentoring many teams that have bagged awards such as National Best Researcher, Best Memorandum etc. He was the official coach/mentor for the Kerala Police Moot Court Team in the 5th Prof N.R Madhava Menon SAARCLAW Mooting Competition wherein they bagged Outstanding Performance and 4th Best Memorandum. Such success has allowed him to effectively participate as a judge in the Invicta Justum National Moot Court Competition 2021 and Surana & Surana and the School of Legal Studies, Dr. A T Markose Technology Moot Court Competition 2022.
